The coach who doesn’t quit.
I am Amanda H. I have spent four years coaching women in Fargo — most of them starting from zero, many of them told somewhere along the way that they had missed their chance. They had not.

“I refuse to quit on people. I reach out and ask how their fitness journey is.”
— Amanda H
I did not plan to become a personal trainer. There was no dramatic moment. Fitness tips come passionately out of me — they always have. Friends, coworkers, friends of friends came to me for tips, and I would light up every single time.
I know how to build good workouts, motivate, and educate on nutrition. Four years ago I finally gave that a name: amandarafit_08. Coaching was not a career change. It was just making official what I was already doing for free, for anyone who asked.
I coach in seasons. There is a pre-season, where we build your base and your habits. There is an in-season, where the work is steady and the wins stack up. And there is an off-season, where you rest and live your life without losing what you built. Nobody plays twelve months straight — and nobody should diet that way either.
My person is someone who wants to lose weight and tone, and who will put in the effort one hundred percent. If that is you, bring the effort. I will bring everything else.
